Firearms Purchases and Legal Compliance
Federal and Utah state law require that all firearm purchases go through a licensed firearms dealer (FFL) and include identity verification and a background check (NICS) prior to transfer. If you purchase a firearm through our Site, we may collect and share additional information — including a copy of your government-issued ID and the ATF Form 4473 — with the receiving FFL dealer and applicable law enforcement or regulatory agencies as required by law. We retain firearms transaction records for the period required by federal law.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site functioning properly (for example, remembering your cart or whether you’ve already seen a promotional popup), to measure site traffic through Google Analytics, and to deliver relevant marketing. We retain order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Firearms transaction records are retained as required by federal law.
